Coaching & Professional Experience:

• Former Mustang player, assistant coach, and currently the longest-serving Men's Basketball Head Coach in Western University history.
• Joined the Mustangs from Nepean High School (Ottawa) in 1991–92, making an immediate impact by averaging 16.1 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, and shooting 38% from three-point range as a rookie.
• Transitioned to the coaching staff in 1995–96 after his playing career was cut short by injury.
• As Lead Assistant Coach and Defensive Coordinator, contributed to three OUA West Championships (1999, 2001, 2002), three OUA Championships (1999, 2001, 2002), and four CIAU Final 8 National Championship appearances (1999–2002).
• Named OUA West Coach of the Year in 2009.
• As Head Coach, has led the Mustangs to five OUA West Division Championships (2008, 2009, 2020, 2024, 2025) and three U SPORTS Final 8 National Championship appearances (2008, 2009, 2020).
• Holds the second-most coaching wins in program history with 326 victories, just behind Craig Boydell (327), and earned his 300th career coaching victory on January 20, 2024, with a win over Laurentian.
• International coaching experience includes serving as Lead Assistant Coach for the 3D Global Sports Team, winning the 40th Jones Cup in Taipei City, Taiwan, in 2018.
• Served as an Assistant Coach with the Guelph Nighthawks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League during the 2021 season.
• Served as an Assistant Coach with Canada Basketball's U16 Men's National Team, helping the team capture a silver medal at the 2025 FIBA U16 AmeriCup.
