LONDON, Ont. - The Western Mustangs will look to improve on their 2009 OUA Championship finish on Nov. 14 at the 2009 CIS Cross-Country Championships in Kingston, Ont.

The Western men and women placed fifth in team standings, with the men led by Kyle O'Neill and the women led by Lynn Mockler.
