As a part of this commitment, we are determined to ensure these deserving student-athletes are able to focus on their athletic and academic goals. What an exciting year! Following an impressive undefeated season, the men went on to claim the OUA rugby crown, on home turf at TD Waterhouse Stadium.
 
In the upcoming year, expectations will be high and I’m sure the men will not disappoint. They will be training hard and working to defend and reclaim the provincial title once again.

We are honoured to recognize the important role our donors play in helping Western recruit the best and brightest student-athletes to the rugby program. Every contribution will enable the rugby team to remain competitive on a provincial, national and international level. Our dedicated rugby supporters will receive the following:

  • Naming on the Western Mustangs website
  • Invitations to special events
  • Advance notice of important sporting events and standings
  • Correspondence with student-athletes, updates from coaches and other special communications

    Donors of annual gifts of $1,000 or more are recognized through our Leaders’ Circles. Special benefits include invitations to events throughout the year and recognition on Western’s donor board in Alumni Hall.
