- ALL new athletes MUST contact Josh Campbell, Head Coach of Women's Rugby to announce your intention to try out. (jcamp264@uwo.ca)
- ALL athletes must have medical pre-screening completed no later than August 8, 2025 (Western Varsity Athlete Medical Intake Process)
- ALL athletes must be available for training camp and mandatory medical screening on Friday August 15, 2025 at the Western Student Rec Centre.
- Open tryouts for all players begin Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 9:00 am at Alumni Field. Plan to Arrive by 8:30 am
- ALL athletes MUST pay a tryout fee of $75 online before being allowed to participate, due the day before medical screening (August 14 midnight) (Western Women's Rugby Tryout Fee)
- Sessions will proceed daily for the remainder of the week (9:00 am - 3:00 pm), plan to bring a lunch
- Preliminary Selections will be made following training on Wednesday, August 20, 2025
- Final Team Selections will be made on Saturday, August 23, 2025
