The first year BMOS student from Oakville, Ont. played a key role in the Mustangs’ convincing 96-7 win over the Varsity Blues on Saturday night in Toronto. Turnbull, a rookie scrumhalf scored two tries and kicked 13 successful conversions for a total of 36 points. Turnbull finished the season second in scoring in the OUA with 61 points. The win completed the Mustangs regular season with a perfect 8-0 record as they head into the OUA semi-finals on a high.
