Gosling (London, Ont.), a first-year Kinesiology student, was solid on the blueline for the Mustangs in their OUA Final series against the No. 1 CIS-ranked Laurier Golden Hawks. Despite losing the series two games to none, Gosling continued to be a force on defence, which she has been all season. The 2011-12 OUA All-Rookie also assisted on both Western goals in the series, giving her five assists in seven playoff games to finish second among OUA blueliners.
