Finch, a second-year social science student, led the Mustangs to a 58-15 win over the McMaster Marauders on Saturday afternoon in Hamilton. The Burlington native threw for 449 yards and five touchdowns on 26 for 35 passing, marking the second consecutive game he has thrown for over 400 yards. Finch was also named the Pioneer Energy OUA Male Athlete of the Week and an OUA Football Player of the Week for his performance against McMaster.
 
"He's a talented kid, he really is," said Mustangs head coach Greg Marshall following Saturday’s game. "He did a lot of good things out there and he's got lots of good weapons. We have some exciting weapons on offence but Will played very cool [on Saturday]."
