Nicholas, a first-year Kinesiology student, scored a total of 20 points (three tries and five conversions) in the Mustangs 63-10 win over the Laurier Golden Hawks to help Western secure home field advantage for the first round of the OUA playoffs. From Blenheim, Ontario, Nicholas has had an outstanding rookie season and finished the regular season ranked fifth in OUA scoring with 45 points on the year.
