MALE: Nathan Riva, Men's Football (Running Back, Second Year, King's College - Criminology, LaSalle, Ont.)
Sophomore running back Nathan Riva (LaSalle, Ont.) scored a pair of touchdowns and stretched Ottawa's defence with lightning-quick speed in the 32-17 season-opening victory on Sept. 6 at Frank Clair Stadium in Ottawa.
Riva led Western's attack with two touchdowns, 96 yards on 11 carries, adding 26 yards on three catches, four punt returns for 27 yards and three kickoff returns for 51 yards.
