Western Mustangs Sports

Edgar, a second-year Health Sciences student, was phenomenal in the Mustangs net this past weekend, helping Western claim the silver medal at the OUA Final Four. The keeper made 17 saves over Western’s two games, as well as stopping two penalty kick attempts on Friday. The Oakville native also helped her own cause in both shootouts, scoring a goal in each. This is the second time this season that Edgar has been named Athlete of the Week, also taking the honours on September 9.
