Moffatt, a fourth-year Health Sciences student from Bethany, Ont., helped Western’s women’s rowing team capture their second consecutive Canadian University Rowing Championship on Sunday. Moffatt, who also helped the Mustangs win their second straight OUA banner a week earlier, was named the Outstanding Female Rower of the Year at Sunday’s championship banquet.
