Steven Takahashi, a Kinesiology student from London, won his fourth career gold medal at the CIS Championship this past weekend in Edmonton. While his previous three gold medals came in the 54kg weight class Saturday’s win came at 57kg. Takahashi returned to the CIS Championship after missing last year’s event due to injury, and he has now won gold in each of the four CIS Championships he’s participated in.
