Jack Sheffar, a Social Sciences student from London, helped the Mustangs win the OUA Men’s Cross Country Championship on Sunday afternoon at Centennial Park in Etobicoke. Sheffar took third place in the meet, finishing in a time of 30:48.5, to help the Mustangs capture their first OUA men’s banner since 1988 and dethrone the 11-time champion Guelph Gryphons.
