Jack Sheffar, a Social Sciences student from London, helped the Mustangs win the bronze medal at the CIS Cross Country Championships in Quebec City on Saturday. Sheffar took ninth place in the meet, finishing in a time of 31:18.6, to earn Second Team All-Canadian honours.
