Dan Gleason, a Computer Science student from Toronto, tied for first place in the pole vault at the Windsor Can Am Classic this past weekend. Gleason set a Western record in the event, first breaking the old mark of 4.85m with a 4.91m vault before bettering that with a 5.01m attempt. Along with being a Western record, his 5.01m vault ranks as the top result in U SPORTS this season.
