  • USPORTS Coach of the Year 2013.
  • OUA West Coach of the Year 2013, 2017.
  • Led the Mustangs Women’s Soccer team to 5 OUA West Division titles, 9 consecutive playoff appearances, 7 OUA Final Four appearances, including OUA silver medals (2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2021) and a bronze (2016).
  • Led the Mustangs Men's team to an OUA Bronze Medal in 2018.
  • 5 appearances at USPORTS National Championships with the Women's team.
