HAMILTON, Ont. - The Western Mustangs women's lacrosse team won 8-7 over the Queen's Gaels on Oct. 31 in the OUA semifinals at the OUA Championships hosted by McMaster.

With the win, Western will face six-time defending champion Wilfrid Laurier in Sunday Nov. 1's OUA Championship final in Hamilton, Ont.

Laurier defeated previously undefeated Toronto in the other semifinal.
