LONDON, Ont. - Western Mustangs fourth-year forward Andy Wedemire is just 17 points shy of 1,000 points and could reach the milestone on Feb. 13 when the Western Mustangs visit the Waterloo Warriors at 2 p.m.

Wedemire (Sarnia, Ont.) is having a career-best season with 369 points thus far. His previous best season was his rookie campaign in 2006-07, when he had 269 points for the Mustangs.
