WINDSOR, Ont. - The Mustangs sweep the first round Quarterfinals in the OUA West division with a 4-2 victory over the Windsor Lancers on Feb. 18.

Keaton Turkiewicz, Josh McQuade, Chris Corbeil and Kyle Lamb secured goals for the Mustangs as Tom Craig and Kyle Lang scored for Windsor.

Emotions still lingered from last night's 4-1 Western victory as Windsor had 22 penalty minutes. The Mustangs were held 1/6 on powerplay opportunities.

Anthony Grieco backed the Mustangs with solid goaltending. Grieco made 27 saves including 15 in the third period.

Western plays host to the Waterloo Warriors for Game 1 of the Semifinals on Thurs. Feb. 24. The puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
