Box Score TORONTO - The early season success continues for the Western Mustangs women's basketball team in the wake of their commanding 84-52 win over the Ryerson Rams on Saturday evening. The win marks the team's fifth consecutive victory and cements their place at the top of the OUA standings as they sit in first with a 5-1 record on the season.

Jenny Vaughan recorded her best offensive game of the season to date, providing 30 points for the purple and white as she went 8-for-12 on field-goal attempts and made 13 of 15 shots from the foul line.
With Vaughan and sharpshooter
Kelsey Wright, who posted 18 points, leading the charge on offense the rest of the team would provide tremendous defence, forcing 30 turnovers from the Rams while only conceding 16 of their own.
The Mustangs took an early lead in the game, allowing Western to give some of its new recruits their first taste of OUA action this season with seven players finding their way onto the court from the bench.
The Mustangs will look to continue their win streak as they prepare to host the Laurentian Voyageurs on November 22 at 6:00 p.m. at Alumni Hall.
