Mustangs at Queen's – Saturday, November 25th, at 7:30 p.m.
Queen's has consistently been middle of the pack in the Eastern conference this season, with a 6-3-3 record, maintaining their fifth place ranking in the OUA East. The team has had trouble building momentum throughout 13 games, and haven't been able to string together more than two wins at a time yet this year. Despite this, the team has won three of their last five, two in overtime, proving that they are a gritty team that will fight to the end.
Queen's is strong defensively, with only 34 goals against this season, compared to Western's 51. The Gaels blueline isn't only solid in front of their own net however, as they can pack a punch offensively as well. Four of the eight Gaels defenders are top ten in points on their team, with Spencer Abraham and Warren Steele each adding a goal and nine assists through 12 games this season.
