On Saturday, October 19 at 1:00pm, the 2019 undefeated and #1 in the country Western Mustangs Football Team, take on the Ottawa Gee-Gees in our exciting Homecoming Game. Come purple and proud to support your team in their last regular game of the season before the playoffs.
There will be a fantastic Half-Time Show featuring award-winning music artist David Boyd Janes.Born and raised in Toronto Ontario, David Boyd Janes has quickly become recognized as one of Canada's biggest rising stars. His solo career into country music began in September 2017 and he has already had 3 consecutive Top 100 singles on Canadian mainstream radio and recently was crowned the 2019 Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist award. David's performance is included in the Admission price.
In addition to the game and musical artist David Boyd Janes, there will be tons of activities including Inflatables, Food Trucks, Beaver Tails, JW, Western Mustangs Marching Band, Cheerleaders, Prizes, Giveaways, Games and more!
Western Students get in free with their valid Western ONECard. ONECard must belong to the student presenting. Doors open at 12:00pm.

We also invite you to join us at the Western Mustangs Sports Hall of Fame Dinner where they will honour our extraordinary athletic alumni. The Hall of Fame inductees will be recognized this evening. The reception begins Friday, October 18 at 4:30 p.m. and dinner begins at 6:00 p.m.
