London, ON - After being closed for renovations, Thompson Arena is now re-opened with an updated indoor track.

The facility is used by the Mustangs Track & Field team as well as several community organizations.

The upgrades are very noticeable with a bright new purple base.

"With these updates we are investing in our students thriving lifestyle, creating a space where they can recreate and compete." said Christine Stapleton, Mustangs Director of Sports and Recreation. "The track is a signature space at Western and we are happy to welcome everyone on and off campus to enjoy it."
