Peterborough, ON - The Mustangs hit the road on Friday night to face Trent University. The Mustangs went on to win the match in three sets.

Gianfranco Sartor led both teams in kills for the night with 13. Brady Fidler, Gianfranco Sartor, and Blake Fenwick each earned a service ace tonight. Nathan Phelps led both teams in digs with 9.

The first set was a hard fought battle, but the Mustangs came out on top with a score of 29-27. Western had a more comfortable lead in the second set which they went on to win 25-17. The Mustangs continued to gain momentum as they took the third set 25-16.
