London, ON - The women's soccer team took a 1-0 win over Windsor on Sunday afternoon to remain in top spot in the OUA West.
The only goal of the game was at 75:35, by #26, Dominique Robinson.
This is the team's second game of the weekend, coming off of a 3-0 win over Waterloo on Friday night.Â
Speaking to Associate Head Coach Onkar Dhillon, he states that "getting the goal and keeping the clean sheet was very important."
Looking forward to the second half, Dhillon states that the next half of the season will be a challenge, but they will "use the week off to heal the injuries and get new analysis in our gameplay."
The Mustangs only have four games left in the regular season, playing eight games already through the month of September.
Captain Avarie Thomas says the team is "excited for a bye week so the team can reset and get footings back."
