London, ON - The Western Mustangs Athletes of the Week for the week ending November 2 are Morgan Rosts (Rowing), Oliver Baker (Rowing) & Milan John (Basketball).

Oliver & Morgan competed at the 2025 Canadian University Rowing Championship this weekend in Montreal. Morgan won gold in pair, silver in single & bronze in 8+. She was nominated for CU female athlete of the year. Oliver won gold in single, the first ever in Mustangs program history and also was part of the bronze medal winning in 8+. He was also nominated for CU male athlete of the year.

Milan had an incredible weekend for the Mustangs Men's Basketball team. In their home opener on Friday night against Ontario Tech he had 26 points (71.4 % shooting), 3 assists and 4 steals. He followed that up on Saturday evening against Queen's when he dropped 23 points (50% shooting), adding 9 assists, 2 steals and 4 rebounds.
