The men's team ended their regular season with a 12-13 record. They went on an extended playoff run that included wins over the Toronto Varsity Blues and a full 5 sets against Queen's and then took the OUA bronze medal against the York Lions. The win booked them a spot on the U SPORTS Championship where they played Sherbrooke & Windsor. Cade Smith led the team with a total of 311 kills and 347 points this season. He was named an OUA First Team All-Star.
The Women's team finished the regular season with a 15-5 record. Emma Buntic paved the way to success with 201 kill's total. The Mustangs would fall 3-2 in the OUA Quarterfinals to Windsor. Head Coach Melissa Bartlett was named OUA Coach of the Year while Buntic was named OUA Rookie of the Year. Rachel Gray & Ava Ebert were named 2nd Team All-Stars for the season and Buntic was on the All-Rookie team. Buntic was also named to the U SPORTS All-Rooke team as well.
