Western Mustangs Sports

Katelyn transfers to Western after sitting out her sophomore season.  She played her rookie season at the University of Guelph.  The London native is a strong, physical player who is a solid rebounder and can score with her back to the basket or facing up.  Katelyn will look to continue to be a solid contributor up front for the Mustangs in 2010-11.

As a Junior (At Western):
In her first season at Western, Leddy had an excellent campaign earning OUA West Second Team All-Star honours.  The gritty forward averaged 11 points and 6.6 rebounds per contest while shooting a solid 52% from the field.  SHe had a season high Played in 21 games for the season.  Had a season high 23 points vs. Laurier on January 30. 

As a Freshman (At Guelph):
Averaged 3.5 points and 2 rebounds in 11 minutes of action per contest... Also shot 42% from the field..

At Lucas Secondary School:
Leddy had success throughout her highschool career.  In this time she made the Provincial Development Team as well as winning a JDP Gold Medal at Provincials in 2005.
