Western Mustangs Sports

Kelly is a solid point guard with a great feel for the game. She has a great basketball IQ which is complimented by her ability to score and pass off the dribble. Kelly will look to build on her impressive first two seasons for the Mustangs in 2010-11.

As a Sophomore:
Despite battling a knee injury most of the season, Kelly had a solid sophomore campaign, averaging 26.4 minutes per game. As a floor general she was a key piece of the puzzle for the Mustangs throughout the season as she averaged 5.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game.  Kelly improved her shooting and was a reliable 37% from the field.  She also earned Academic All-Canadian honours in her second season..

As a Freshman:
Was named to the OUA West All-Rookie Team.  Moulden had a solid rookie campaign where she averaged 25 minutes per game.  Led the team in assists at 2.8 per game.  She also averaged 3.5 points and 2.6 rebounds per contest.  Had a season high 10 points vs. Laurentian on 11/22.

At St. Mary's Secondary School:
Kelly is a proven winner throughout her high school career.  Over her three years playing senior basketball at St. Mary's, the team has captured 2 gold and 1 bronze medal at OFSAA.  Kelly was also the team MVP in 2007.  The honour role student also received the McMaster High School Business Hero award in 2007

Personal:
Daughter of Sue and Patrick Moulden.  Has two older sisters, Shannon and Lori.  Is studying Kinesiology.
