President Amit Chakma and his family invite all faculty and staff, and their families, to join them in cheering on the Western Mustangs as they take on the York Lions at the Mustangs Family Football Festival.
In addition to free admission to the game on Thursday October 8 (7 p.m. kickoff), faculty, staff and their families are invited to join in a variety of pre-game activities beginning at 6 p.m. including:
- complimentary food and beverage
- door prizes
- children’s games
- face painting
- contests
- and much more

Here's how to order (deadline passed):
To access free tickets, faculty and staff need to register online at: http://westernmustangstickets.universitytickets.com/user_pages/customer_edit.asp?refpage=../user_pages/event.asp?id=343.
- Register as a new user (unless you have already registered as a season-ticket holder)
- Enter number of adult and youth tickets required
- Select seats on the John Metras Grandstand side (Sections F-K)
- If you are bounced back to the original purchasing screen, it means that section is now soldout. Please choose a new section
- Click Checkout
- When prompted enter the promotional code GOMUSTANGS and your Staff ID # and click APPLY (staff ID card required upon entry)
- Ticket Price total will now read 0.00 and hit CHECKOUT to complete order
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order
