Experience:

• Has served as Head Coach of the Western Mustangs cross country program since 2014 after succeeding longtime coach Bob Vigars.
• Served as an assistant coach with the Mustangs track and field program from 1995–1997, 1999–2004, and 2011–present, specializing in distance and middle-distance events.
• Named OUA Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2023–24 and 2024–25, earning the honour in consecutive seasons.
• Named U SPORTS Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year for the 2024–25 season.
• Led the Mustangs women's cross country team to the 2024–25 U SPORTS National Championship and a second consecutive OUA Championship.
• Led the Mustangs men's cross country team to its first OUA Championship since 1988 in 2016 and was named OUA Men's Coach of the Year.
• Served as an assistant coach with the University of Alberta and the University of Manitoba Bisons.
• Served as Team Ontario's track and field coach at the 2002 and 2006 North American Indigenous Games.
• Served as the distance coach for Manitoba's track and field team at the 2009 Canada Summer Games.
• Former CIS and OUA champion student-athlete who competed for the University of Alabama Crimson Tide from 1987 to 1992, qualifying for the NCAA Championships in cross country, the 1,500 metres, and the 3,000-metre steeplechase.
• Serves as Western University's Intramural Program Coordinator.
