Experience:

• Has served as Head Coach of the Western Mustangs men's golf team since 1991.
• Led the Mustangs to OUA Championships in 2001, 2010, 2012, and 2013.
• Guided the team to a fifth-place finish at the 2011 Canadian University Championship.
• Named OUA Coach of the Year in 2012.
• Competed as a golfer at the local, provincial, and national levels and is a multiple tournament champion in Ontario.
• Five-time club champion at the St. Thomas Golf and Country Club.
• Served as Canada's National and Olympic Curling Coach, helping Canada win Olympic gold medals in 2006 and 2010 and silver medals in 1998 and 2002.
• Served as National Coach and Team Leader for 18 Canadian Men's World Championship teams between 1993 and 2010.
• Founder and owner of Performax Coaching Inc., specializing in high-performance athlete development.
• Former Principal with the London Board of Education.
• Served as Chief Umpire at five World Championships and six Canadian Championships.
• Won four Ontario Provincial Curling Championships and qualified for the Ontario Men's Curling Championships four times.
• Works as a motivational speaker on Olympic sport, coaching, leadership, teamwork, and high-performance excellence.
