Coaching & Professional Experience:
  • Canadian record holder in the women’s triple jump with a distance of 14.03 metres.
  • Ten-time Canadian triple jump champion.
  • Six-time Canadian national team member.
  • Holds the U SPORTS and Western women’s triple jump records at 13.16 metres.
  • Holds the Western women’s long jump record at 6.14 metres.
  • Helped the men’s and women’s teams win the 2024–25 U SPORTS Championships.
  • Helped the women’s team win the 2024–25 OUA Championship and receive OUA Team of the Year honours.
  • Led the men’s team to the 2025–26 U SPORTS Championship.
  • Received the Bob Boucher Award as the 2025–26 U SPORTS Men’s Team Coach of the Year.
  • Coached U SPORTS record holder Kenneth West in the men’s long jump (7.99 metres) and triple jump (16.24 metres).
  • Qualified four women’s triple jumpers for the U SPORTS Championships in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
  • Named the 2023 U SPORTS Female Assistant Coach of the Year.
