  • Awards: Ontario Sport Alliance Female Coach of the Year (twice), Petro Canada Coaching Award (three times), CIS Track and Field Coach of the Year (three times), OUA Track and Field Coach of the Year (four times), OUA Women’s Coach of the Year for all sports (twice)
  • Inducted into McMaster Sports Hall of Fame and Western University Sports Hall of Fame
  • YMCA Women of Excellence in Western Ontario, 2017
  • Lead coach of Olympic Bronze medallist Damian Warner, Rio 2016; Hurdles Coach when Damian won Olympic Gold and set an Olympic record, Tokyo 2020
