Coaching & Professional Experience
  • Head Coach of the Western Mustangs Open/Men's Ultimate Frisbee program.
  • A founding member of the original Western Ultimate team in the mid-1990s, first serving as Head Coach from the late 1990s through 2005 before returning to lead the program during its current varsity era.
  • Has played ultimate since the early 1990s and is a founding member of the London Ultimate Club.
  • Competed at numerous Canadian Ultimate National Championships, including at the elite Open level with some of Canada's top teams during the early-to-mid 2000s.
  • Has coached soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, bringing a broad multi-sport perspective to athlete development and team leadership.
  • Emphasizes fundamentals, strategic awareness, accountability, and a supportive, competitive team culture.
  • Continues to mentor student-athletes while helping grow the Western Mustangs ultimate program and the broader Canadian ultimate community.
