  • Appointed the 12th Head Coach of the Western Mustangs women's basketball program in July 2019.
  • Entering his eighth season as Head Coach in 2026–27.
  • Previously served four seasons as Head Coach of the Mount Royal University women's basketball program.
  • Has compiled a 104–64 overall record at Western, including 83 OUA victories, and became just the fourth head coach in program history to surpass 100 career wins in 2025–26.
  • Guided Western to a 19–3 OUA record and first-place conference finish in his inaugural 2019–20 season after the team posted a 5–19 record the previous year.
  • Has coached numerous OUA major award winners, OUA All-Stars, OUA All-Rookies, U SPORTS All-Rookies, and the 2025–26 U SPORTS Rookie of the Year.
  • Spent 18 years coaching club and high school basketball in Southern Ontario, helping develop more than 20 Canadian national team athletes and over 50 student-athletes who advanced to post-secondary basketball in Canada and the United States.
  • Won 10 provincial championships and two national championships at the club, high school, and Team Ontario levels, including the 2013 OFSAA AAA Championship, two JUEL Championships, and the 2013 U15 National Championship.
  • Has represented Canada Basketball for more than a decade as an assistant coach, performance analyst, and video coordinator with national team programs.
  • Served on the Senior Women's National Team coaching staff at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the 2023 FIBA Women's AmeriCup, and multiple FIBA World and Americas Championships with Canada's age-group national teams.
  • Joined Western University's Department of Kinesiology as a lecturer in 2025, teaching KIN 2991 – Coaching and Leadership.
  • Served as Head Coach of Team Ontario Women's Unified 3x3 at the 2025 Special Olympics North America Conference international competition in Indianapolis.
