Multidimentional player who can play 3 positions. Lauren is a physical specimen who combines tremendous strength with athleticism and ability. An excellent rebounder.....Can score inside and from the perimeter. A force in the open floor. A solid defender with length who can defend guards and forwards.
As a Senior:
Averaging 10.2 points over 21 games, Lauren was a leader for this years Mustangs squad. She also shot 59.3% from the free throw line. Lauren was also a leader in rebounds, collecting 115 overall - 76 on the defensive end.
As a Junior:
Lauren had her best season as a Mustang in her 3rd campaign. She averaged 11 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Was second on the team in steals. Recorded a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds against McMaster on October 31. Had a career high 13 rebounds against Waterloo on January 12. Scored a season high 19 points vs. Brock on January 5.
As a Sophomore:
Started in all 22 games and averaged 29 minutes per game. Lauren averaged 11.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. Shot 32% from the field and from the 3-point line. Finished the season strong averaging 16 points per game in the last 6 contests. Had a season high 23 vs. Lakehead on January 27.
As a Freshman:
Lauren averaged just under 13 minutes per game last season. Shot 36% from the field and 71% from the free throw line. She averaged 5 points and 2.6 rebounds per game. Had 13 points vs. Brock on 01/18 and a season high 16 points vs. RMC on 11/19.
