“Munj” has been with the team since Nov 2015. She volunteers as the Team Life Skills Coach. Currently, Munj is working on completing her ICF coaching certification. She has over 30 years of experience working with university students focusing on holistic character and leader development. Every week during the school year, she sets up a special team time for players to be together where they share life over yummy food. Several times a year, she runs various focused personal and leader development sessions to grow the players in their "off ice" skills. She meets regularly with the captains and one on one with players. Munj has a BA Hons from University of Toronto, is trained in Crucial Conversations, Prepare and Birkman. She works for the Navigators of Canada, is married to Kenji who is a proud Western alum, and they have two adult daughters.
