Josh is an alumnus of the Western Men’s Varsity Rugby program and a graduate of the Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy programs at Western. As an athlete Josh has played rugby at the varsity, provincial, national, and professional level representing the Toronto Arrows, Atlantic Rock, and Ontario Blues, among others, before shifting his focus into coaching. After several years as the assistant coach for the Men’s Varsity Rugby program at Western Josh made the switch to coaching the women’s game as an assistant coach for the Western Women’s Varsity Rugby program in the 2021/2022 season. Following an undefeated campaign with the women’s team, which included outscoring opposition 221-29, Josh has stepped into the Head Coach role for the 2022/2023 season. In addition to coaching, Josh is a clinical occupational therapist in private practice and is also a lecturer in the School of Occupational Therapy at Western.
