Coaching & Professional Experience
  • Named OUA Coach of the Year for the 2024–25 season.
  • Led the Mustangs to six consecutive OUA Final Four appearances.
  • Guided the program to four OUA medal finishes.
  • Finished in the top two of the OUA West Division for five consecutive seasons.
  • Member of the Canadian Youth National Team (2002) and the Canadian Junior National Team (2003, 2004).
  • Played for Eastern Michigan University in 2004 and 2005, earning Second Team All-Mid-American Conference honours.
  • Competed at Hillsdale College in 2006 and 2007, earning Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) First Team All-Conference honours in both seasons.
  • Named GLIAC Player of the Year, received the GLIAC Commissioners Award for Outstanding Student-Athlete, and was selected as an NCAA and Daktronics First Team All-American in 2007.
  • Played professionally for Algar Surmenor Women's Volleyball Club in Spain during the 2008–09 season, leading the league in scoring.
  • Served as a head and assistant coach with Chatham Kent Secondary School and the Chatham Ballhawks club programs from 2010 to 2013.
  • Won the Volleyball Canada National Championship in 2012 and was named a tournament All-Star.
  • Served as Head Coach of Team Ontario's Under-18 Women's Program from 2011 to 2013.
  • Third member of her family to attend Western University, with both parents also being Western alumni.
  • Her father, Randy Bartlett, played for the Mustangs men's volleyball team from 1975 to 1979, captained the 1979 OUA Championship team, and currently serves as one of the team's assistant coaches.
