Education:

• Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from Western University

Experience:

• Grew up figure skating in North Bay, Ontario, earning gold medals in competition and achieving Gold Test status in figures, freeskate, dance, and free dance.
• Competed for Western University's figure skating team during her undergraduate years, winning numerous OWIAA gold medals and serving as a student coach.
• Became Head Coach of the Western Mustangs Figure Skating team in 1978.
• Has coached the Mustangs to 18 OUA Championships.
• Named OUA Coach of the Year in 2012, 2013, and 2019.
• Works as an administrator at the Ilderton Skating Club.
• Comes from a family deeply involved in skating, with her sons and niece assisting with coaching at Western.
• Her son, Scott Moir, won an Olympic gold medal in 2010.
