Experience:
  • Women’s Volleyball Head Coach was named OUA Coach of the Year for 2024-25
  • Qualified for the OUA Final Four for 6 consecutive seasons.
  • OUA Medallists four times.
  • Finished Top 2 in the competitive OUA West Division for five consecutive seasons.
  • Member of the Canadian Youth National Team (2002) and the Canadian Junior National Team (2003 and 2004).
  • Played for Eastern Michigan University (2004 and 2005), earning Second Team All-Conference Award in the Mid-American Conference.
  • Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (GLIAC) First Team All-Conference player (2006 and 2007) at Hillsdale College.
  • 2007 GLIAC Conference Player of the Year, received the 2007 GLIAC Commissioners Award for Outstanding Student-Athlete, and named a 2007 NCAA and Daktronics First Team All-American.
  • Played professionally in Spain for Algar Surmenor Women’s Volleyball Team, leading the league in scoring in the 2008-09 season.
  • Head and assistant coach at Chatham Kent Secondary School and the Chatham Ballhawks club programs (2010-2013).
  • Won the Volleyball Canada Nationals in 2012 and was a tournament All-Star.
  • Head coach of the Team Ontario Under-18 women’s program (2011-2013).
  • Third member of her family to come to Western, with both parents being Western Alumni.
  • Father, Randy Bartlett, played for the Mustangs men’s volleyball team from 1975-79 and captained the 1979 team that won the OUA Championship. He currently serves as one of the team’s assistant coaches.
