  • Past Athletic History: Played ultimate for 17 years competitively; participated in soccer, basketball, and baseball in high school
  • Played for Western Ultimate team in 2005 and 2006
  • Coaching Highlights: Bronze medal with Western in 2016, seeing players making competitive teams and representing Canada
  • Co-captained PPF, a competitive women's ultimate team in Kitchener-Waterloo, from 2008 to 2014 and in 2016, winning gold at the Canadian Ultimate Championships in 2014
  • Played for the elite women's ultimate team Capitals in Toronto in 2014 and 2015, qualifying for the USA Ultimate Championships
  • Competed at the World Masters Ultimate Club Championships in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 2018 with the women's masters team lowercase
  • Co-founded the women's masters team Queen Ps in Cambridge in 2020, which started competing in 2022
