The Western Mustangs got out to a hot start and never looked back, beating RMC 93-29 in Kingston, Ont. on Friday, Nov. 26.
Western dominated the first two quarters outscoring RMC 23-3 and 20-2. With a commanding lead Western got all around effort from all of their subs and shot 58% from the field and a lights-out 14/18 from three-point range.
Leading the way for the Mustangs was Laura Dally with 18 points and five rebounds in just 18 minutes of action. Jenny Vaughan had 12 points, six rebounds and five assists, while Rebecca Moss was 4/5 from three-point range for 12 points and added five steals and five rebounds.
Western now improves to 6-1 on the season. They will face Queen's on Saturday, Nov. 27.
