LONDON, Ont. - A dominating effort by the Western Mustangs women's volleyball team led them to a 3-1 victory over the Waterloo Warriors.
After splitting the first two games, the Mustangs took control and dominated the third and fourth sets on route to the big win (25-21, 22-25, 25-18, 25-13).
The Mustangs used a spread out scoring attack with Caleigh Whitaker, Danielle Marshalland Sarah Lowry all notching double digits in points during the winning effort.
The win wraps up the regular season for the Mustangs as they had previously secured a playoff spot. With the second seed in the OUA West division, the team will have to wait for games to be played before it's determined who their first playoff opponent will be.
