London, ON – The Mustangs finished off back-to-back wins over the Trent Excalibur Sunday afternoon with a straight set 3-0 win.

The two teams met at Alumni for the second time in just over 2 days after a Friday night Mustangs win.

Western took the first set 25-16 and followed that up with a dominant 25-9 win in the second set and rounded out the victory with a 25-11 win in the third set to take the win.

The Mustangs were led by Jaeya Brach who had 14 kills in the match to go along with 12 digs and 27 total attacks.

Hannah Joo & Thea Ishida led Western in assists with 20 & 16 respectively.

Western will round out the 2022 portion of their schedule next weekend with a road trip to Kingston to take on the RMC Paladin for a pair of nights.
