1997 CIS Cross Country Nationals champ & MVP (course record of 30:57 at Thames Valley GC)

medal winner in every 1997 race he ran both in Canada and the USA - 5 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze

1998 CIS 3000m gold medal (8:16) and 4x800m gold medal all on same day

• Founder of our pre-season training camp in 2004. The following year, this became known as “Camp of the Gentle Warrior” in his honor (Guy’s “handle” is Gentle Warrior)
