Education:

• Master of Arts degree with a coaching specialization from Western. (Said from Bios)
• Undergraduate degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and Windsor University.

• A teacher at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in London, Ontario.
• Won two conference championships as the defensive coordinator for CCH (1987 and 1988).
• Head coach at Catholic Central High School (CCH) from 1990-1997, recording an impressive 67-4-1 record, including five undefeated seasons and seven high school championships.
• Coached the London Conference All-Star Team (1995-1998).
• Linebackers coach for the Western Mustangs (1998-2006).
• Led football recruitment for the Western Mustangs (1998-2007).
• Gleason has served as the Mustangs Defensive Coordinator since 2003, save for a one season sabbatical in 2012, and now enters his eighth season in that role.
• Resides in London, ON, Canada, with his wife Stephanie and their young son, Morgain.
