? Started playing rugby in Cape Town, South Africa at the age of 7.

 ? Played on the high school team that was unbeaten for two years  (u14 & u 15)

 ? Played club rugby in Cape Town for the 2nd oldest rugby club in South Africa (Villagers) and played in the 1st XV from 1985 – 1990.

? Captained the Villager 2nd team in 1991 and won the league.

? Moved to Johannesburg in 1992 -93 and played for Wanderers Rugby Club (Ist & 2nd XV)

? Moved back to Cape Town in 1994 & stopped playing in 1995.

?  Assistant (forwards coach) for the Villager 2nd team in 1996/1997.

? Managed the Villager touring team to Zimbabwe in 1997.

? Managed the Villager 1st XV in 1998/99.

? Re-located to Salt Lake City in 2000 and assisted in coaching a high school team.

? Moved to London in 2006 and played Old Boys for London St. George’s Rugby Club.

? Started refereeing in 2008 and have passed both (Level 1&2 courses) and have graduated to C1 grade. Member of the Niagara Rugby Ref  Society.

? Started assisting with coaching at Western in 2010.

? Assisted with coaching of Oakridge High School in 2011.
