Baer has been involved with the Western Women's Rugby program for over a decade. This year she will be stepping into the role of Director of the Women's Rugby program. 

She came up through the Mustangs program and also played rugby provincially as well as nationally.  She has been coaching since 2014 and currently coaches at the high school level as well as at Western.

As a head coach she creates an environment that enables her athletes to grow, develop and push themselves outside their comfort zones. Helping them achieve new heights on the rugby pitch but also in other areas of their lives."
